Public offer

This document is the official public offer of the Lavender Life online store (the “Seller”) to conclude a distance sales contract. Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

1. Subject

The Seller undertakes to transfer lavender and lavandin seedlings, insect hotels and other products listed on the website to the Buyer, who undertakes to accept and pay for them.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the website. Booking requires 100% prepayment. Payment is made online by bank card through a secure payment service.

3. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta across Ukraine to a branch, parcel locker or by courier. Delivery cost is paid by the Buyer per the carrier’s rates. Seedlings are shipped in the season optimal for transplanting, in queue order.

4. Exchange and returns

Living plants (seedlings) of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return. An exchange or return is possible if the item was damaged in transit, arrived unfit for planting, or does not match the order - contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos or video.

5. Personal data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
