Seedling bookings open on August 10.
Payment
A 100% prepayment is required to confirm your booking. Once paid, your order is reserved and placed in the shipping queue. Shipping begins on September 20, in queue order.
Exchange & return policy
Live plants (seedlings) are a specific type of product, so seedlings of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
Exchange or return is possible only in the following cases:
- the parcel was damaged during transportation;
- the seedlings arrived damaged or unfit for planting (e.g. rotten);
- you received an item that does not match your order.
If any of these situations occur, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and send photos or video. We will promptly review your request and offer an appropriate solution.
Delivery notes by product category
Lavender: Seedling booking opens August 10. A 100% prepayment is required to confirm your booking. Shipping starts September 20 (weather permitting) in queue order. You can cancel and get a full refund any time before shipping.
Insect hotels: Insect hotels are handmade - production and delivery can take 2–7 business days. Estimated delivery cost starts from ₴180 and up (depends on size and weight).
