Booking opens in advance. An order is confirmed with 100% payment. If your plans change before shipping, we'll refund your money.
No. We don't charge for packaging. We use our own boxes as well as reused boxes, to use resources responsibly and, where possible, reduce delivery costs.
Yes. If the seedlings were damaged during transportation, be sure to check the parcel at the carrier's branch and let us know right away. We'll help resolve the issue.
We guarantee quality, healthy seedlings. Further plant development depends on the planting location, soil, watering, care, and weather conditions.
Narrow-leaved lavender forms compact bushes and has a delicate aroma. Lavandin grows larger, has longer flower stems, a stronger aroma, and higher yield.
